·        Basic proficiency in AutoCAD

·        Manage the purchasing process for construction materials and project-related equipment

·        Ensure all purchases are cost-effective, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to support project schedules

·        Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors and suppliers

·        Coordinate with engineering, construction, and warehouse teams to align purchasing with project requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

·        Male/Female, aged 29–35, with at least 7 years of experience as a Purchasing Engineer, preferably in construction or industrial sectors

·        Proficient in MS Office

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

·        Good command of English communication skills

·        Perform cost estimation and calculate EOQ (Economic Order Quantity)

·        Review and analyze BOQ, construction drawings, and specifications for MEP works

·        Take-off quantities from construction drawings and shop drawings

·      Prepare cost plans, cost comparisons, and variation works

·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

·        Male, aged 35–40, with at least 3–5 years of experience as a QS in MEP works (Experience in large-scale projects such as factories, data centers, or high-rise buildings is an advantage)

·        Knowledge of standard contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, or others (preferred)

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, cost estimation programs, or other relevant software
