TKC Bangplee Factory commenced its first operation in 1980, to manufacture subassemblies for ordered equipment. Since then, advanced machineries have been installed every year to manufacture special products such as fan filter chamber, pump units, large ovens, air washer chambers, and HEPA boxes, all of which are intricate and difficult to be manufactured by subcontracted factories in Thailand. These products are delivered to various construction sites of Taikisha on a daily basis.
The factory is undergoing continuous improvement to optimize productivity
in an effort to achieve QCDS goals that will enable us to successfully
manufacture
and deliver high-quality products to Taikisha’s construction sites
worldwide.
The factory has implemented
and improved its operational system on a continual basis to ensure compliance
with the international standards, specifically
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO
14001:2015, while maximizing customer satisfaction by reinforcing health,
safety and environmental awareness in the same manner
as other businesses of
Taikisha.
Additionally, we have planned to conduct research and development
for the manufacture of high value-added products such as large-scale AHUs.
We operate a broad
range of businesses under two core business fields:
- Green Technology Systems, targeting factories, data centers, and
office buildings
- Paint Finishing Systems, targeting production facilities such as
those in the automotive industry
